The Group 2 Tristarc Stakes is scheduled to run as Race 9 this Saturday October 15, 2011, as part of Caulfield Cup Day and here you will find the final field and barrier draw for the race.

Headlining the 13 horse Tristarc Stakes field is Gai Waterhouse’s More Joyous, who will be second-up in the Tristarc Stakes after finishing third behind Sepoy in the Group 1 Manikato Stakes last start.

The five-year-old mare was unbeaten in all but one of her autumn starts and will be hard to beat in the 2011 Tristarc Stakes.

More Joyous has drawn barrier six in the race and will be ridden by jockey Nash Rawiller.

Peter Snowden’s Screen is also part of the Tristarc Stakes 2011 final field.

The Lonhro mare won her last start in the Group 3 Golden Pendant at Rosehill last month and has drawn barrier four in Saturday’s Tristarc Stakes 2011.
